Services and Rates
Consultation - Free
In this 15 minute phone call, we will briefly discuss what brings you to therapy and I will answer questions you have for me. We decide if we will be a good fit.
Individual Therapy Session - $150
55 minute session, private pay rate. If using your insurance, your session rate, co-insurance, or co-pay may vary.
Extended Therapy Session - $250
85 minute session, private pay only. Extended sessions are best if it takes you awhile to get into the flow of therapy, or if scheduling longer but less frequent sessions fits better with your schedule.
Payment Options
Private/Self Pay: I accept Venmo or credit, debit and HSA cards for payment through a secure, online payment portal. If you do not have insurance or do not plan to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining your medical or mental health care costs.
Insurance: I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna.
Out of Network: As an out of network provider, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement.
